摘要
文章从我国行政事业单位财务管理的重要性入手 ,深入分析了行政事业单位在财务管理制度以及人力资源两方面的缺陷 ,从财务管理的预测决策、核算、监督。
The significance of the reform of financial management in administrative organizations is put to the first place. Then the two deficiencies of management system and lacking of human resources are given practical suggestions to improve.
