摘要
[目的]探讨中医辨证治疗对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效。[方法]选取我院2010年1月至2012年1月收治的CAG患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用中医辨证分型治疗,对照组采用替普瑞酮、奥美拉唑、阿莫西林等西药治疗。持续用药30d。对比两组疗效及复发情况。[结果]治疗组临床总有效率、胃镜总有效率均明显优于对照组。随访6个月～3年,治疗组复发1例,对照组复发4例。[结论]采用中医辨证治疗CAG疗效显著,复发率低,且无明显副作用,值得推广。
[Objective]To explore the differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)effect.[Methods]Selected from January to 2012 January in our hospital in 2010 were 60 CAG patients,divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group,treatment group was treated by TCM syndrome differentiation treatment,control group with teprenone,omeprazole,amoxicillin,therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Continuous medication 30days.Comparison of the two groups therapeutic effect and recurrence[.Results]The treatment group total clinical efficiency of gastroscopy,total effective rate was significantly better than the control group.Follow up of 6 months to 3 years,the treatment group recurred in 1 cases,control group 4 cases recurrence.[Conclusion]CAG by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect,low recurrence rate,and no obvious side effect,is worth popularizing.
