摘要
目的探讨循环内皮微颗粒(EMPs)与高脂血症患者血管内皮功能的相关性。方法选取2011年7月—2013年7月在广州市红十字会医院就诊的高脂血症患者240例为A组,同期在本院进行体检的健康志愿者240例为B组。比较两组患者血压、血糖、血脂指标、循环EMPs及动脉弹性指标。结果两组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而A组患者血浆总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均高于B组(P<0.05)。A组患者循环LogEMPs、压力-应变弹性系数(Ep)、硬度指数(β)、脉搏波传导速度(PWV)均高于B组,血流介导的血管舒张功能(FMD)低于B组(P<0.05);而两组患者顺应性(AC)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。循环LogEMPs与动脉弹性指标均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论高脂血症患者循环EMPs水平升高,循环EMPs水平检测并结合基于ET技术的FMD检测有利于早期发现高脂血症患者血管内皮功能异常和动脉粥样硬化。
Objective To explore the correlation between circulating endothelial microparticles( EMPs) and vascular endothelial function of patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 240 patients with hyperlipidemia were selected as A group in the Red Cross Hospital of Guangzhou from July 2011 to July 2013,and 240 healthy volunteers were selected as B group at the same time. Blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids index, EMPs and arterial elasticity indicators were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences of SBP,DBP,FBG or plasma HDL-C level was found between the two groups( P > 0. 05),while plasma levels of TC,TG and LDL-C of A group were statistically significantly higher than those of B group( P < 0. 05). Circulating Log EMPs,Ep,β and PWV of A group were statistically significantly higher than those of B group,FMD of A group was statistically significantly lower than that of B group( P < 0. 05),while no statistically significant differences of AC was found between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Circulating Log EMPs was positively correlated with arterial elasticity indicators, respectively( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Circulating Log EMPs of patients with hyperlipidemia is significantly elevated,the detection of circulating EMPs level and detection of FMD based on ET technology is helpful to early diagnosis of vascular endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis of patients with hyperlipidemia.
