摘要
新时期高等学校基层党建引入特色品牌概念,借鉴品牌的特征理念和管理经验,将基层党建理论研究与工作实践相结合,深入实施特色基层党建品牌战略,有利于进一步提升高等学校基层党组织的凝聚力、影响力和战斗力,有利于进一步促进高等学校基层党组织建设的科学化、规范化和制度化。针对高等学校基层党建存在品牌建设缺乏顶层设计、理论认识模糊不清和实践活动缺乏长效等共性问题,应紧紧围绕高等学校基层党组织职责和基本职能,实现党建品牌建设的深度融合与协调发展;科学遵循高等学校基层党组织工作规律,创新党建品牌工作项目、方法和模式;立足党建工作的长效机制,构建高等学校特色基层党建品牌。
The scientization, normalization and institutionalization of the grass-roots Party organization building of colleges and universities are directed at the common problems, such as the absence of top-level design, the unclear theoretical understanding of the college grass-roots Party building and the shortage of a long-term mechanism for Party building activities, the grass-roots Party building of colleges and universities should be conducted closely around the responsibility and function of the grass-roots Party organizations of colleges and universities to realize the deep integration of the brand construction of the Party building into the responsibility and function as well as their well-balanced development.Also, the college grass-roots Party building should follow the law of the college grass-roots Party building scientifically and try to innovate the program,methodology and pattern of the college grass-roots Party building to construct a peculiar brand of college grass-roots Party building.
