本科教育与高等职业教育果树栽培课程体系比较——以沈阳农业大学、辽宁农业职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

A Comparison of the Fruit Tree Cultivation Course System of Undergraduate Education with That of Higher Vocational Education

摘要 以沈阳农业大学和辽宁农业职业技术学院为例,详细分析、比较园艺专业主干课果树栽培课程在两种教学模式下的主要差异:本科教育强调课程的知识系统化,将果树栽培相关内容分成基础、技术、调控及实践四个部分,以五门课程为支撑,逐层深入地完成果树栽培知识教学;高等职业教育强调课程的实用性,以岗位需求设计课程内容,采用理论与实践一体化教学方法,以生产项目形式完成课程。因此,本科教育果树栽培课程体系应该创新课程教学的培养目标,将科学研究、前沿科技成果引入教学课程;高等职业教育注重大学生知识迁移能力,围绕果树生产提高大学生就业创业能力;本科教育应加大理论与实践衔接性,围绕果树科研提高大学生实践创新能力;本科教育和高等职业教育都应该强化师资队伍建设,围绕教学建立双师型教学模式。 Taking Shenyang Agricultural University and Liaoning Agricultural Vocational College for Example,the difference between the course systems of the two schools in 'Fruit Tree Cultivation', a major horticulturecourse was analyzed. Result showed that the undergraduate education stresses the systematization of knowledge and divides 'Fruit Tree Cultivation' into four parts(foundation, technology, regulation and practice),the teaching of which is supported by 5 courses and completed step by step as a system of knowledge,whereas the higher vocational education emphasizes the practicalization of the course, designing course contents according to post requirements, integrating theory with practice as teaching method, and completing the course representation of 'Fruit Tree Cultivation' in the form of finishing a production project. It is suggested that the course system of undergraduate education oriente itself toward innovation and introduce frontier technologies into the course whereas the course system of higher vocational education pay attetion to students' ability to transfer their booklore from classroom to workshop and try to strengthen their ability to be employed and start up a business in the aspect of fruit production; the course system of undergraduate education should try to articulate theory and practice and strengthen students' ability of practice and creation in the aspect of research;the construction of a team of teachers be reinforced whether in undergraduate colleges and universities or in higher vocational ones; and a teaching model be constructed in a collaborative way by both teachers who work full-time tree at school and ones who do a part-time job at company in the aspect of teaching.
