摘要 稠油黏度较大、不易流动,油田注汽锅炉以油、气、煤等为燃料,能够产生高温蒸汽用于加热稠油,便于开采。油田开发过程中,稠油产量逐渐降低,一些复杂井况无法有效开采,因此以常规湿蒸汽注汽锅炉为基础,通过对蒸汽压力、温度、蒸发量、干度等参数的研究,结合实际生产应用,开发了新型注汽锅炉系列产品。根据不同开采条件,结合湿蒸汽吞吐、过热蒸汽驱、SAGD、高参数蒸汽注井等方式进行开采,可以降低成本,有利于稠油产量的提高。通过多种产品的现场实际应用,参数指标满足设计及使用要求,运行稳定。 Heavy oil cannot flow easily thanks to its high viscosity.The steam generator of oilfield uses oil,natural gas and coal as fuels toproduce high-temperature steam to facilitate heavy oil production.Heavy oil production is gradually on the decline in the oilfielddevelopment process.Some wells cannot be brought under effective production owing to complicated well conditions.Therefore,the familyof new-type steam generators was developed on the basis of conventional wet saturated steam generator after the study of the parameters,such as steam pressure,temperature,evaporation capacity and degree of dryness,consideration of the actual production and application.Aseries of production methods,such as saturated steam stimulation,superheated steam drive,SAGD,and high parameter steam injection,was used according to the different production conditions.On one hand,the cost was reduced and the heavy oil production was raised on theother.Based on field application of a variety of products,the indexes of parameters satisfied the requirements of design and application.Thegenerator was in stable operation.
