摘要
针对目前相关高校、高职院校缺乏仿真爆破实训设备和爆破工缺少实操培训装置的问题,设计了一套电力起爆系统仿真实训装置,包括仿真起爆器、仿真电雷管、仿真炸药卷的设计。该装置不但可以模拟电力起爆系统的爆炸流程,还可以模拟电力起爆系统的操作过程,提高了学生解决工程实际问题的能力。
This paper designs a set of simulated training equipment for blasting technology.It focuses on the problems of the relevant universities,vocational colleges,which lack the training equipment of blasting technology and the blasters lack the field training equipment.The system includes the simulated detonator,the simulated exploder,and the simulated cartridge.This system can stimulate the process of the blasting process and stimulate the operation procedures of the blasting electric circuit.And also this system can improve the students' ability to solve practical engineering problems.
