新型改性淀粉水煤浆分散剂SASP的制备及性能 被引量:2

摘要 以天然玉米淀粉为主链,与3种单体进行接枝共聚,制备出一种新型淀粉接枝共聚物。将它作为分散剂应用于神华煤制备水煤浆,并和萘系分散剂进行对比。探讨改性淀粉对浆体的表观黏度、流变性及吸附量的影响。该分散剂用量为0.4%时,可以制备66%浓度的水煤浆,表观黏度为943 m Pa·s,符合国家标准;改性淀粉在神华煤表面的饱和吸附量为2.61 mg/g,比萘系分散剂具有更好的分散、稳定和降黏作用。结合改性淀粉和神华煤的结构特点,阐述了吸附作用机理。 A new starch graft copolymer was synthesized by using starch as the main raw material and polymerizing with three monomers,acrylic acid,sodium styrene sulfonate and maleic acid-polyethylene glycol monoester,using sodium bisulfite and potassium persulfate redox system.The performance of Shenhua coal water slurry prepared with this modified starch-based coal water slurry dispersant was compared with that of naphthalene dispersant.The results showed that the highest concentration of slurry could reach 66%when the dosage was 0.4%.The prepared slurry had excellent dispersibility and apparent viscosity of 943 m Pa·s,which was better than naphthalene dispersant.The saturated adsorption capacity of the modified starch-based coal water slurry dispersant on Shenhua coal was 2.61 mg/g,which was higher than that of naphthalene dispersant(1.88 mg/g).Combining with the structural characteristics of the dispersant and Shenhua coal,the adsorption mechanism was expounded.
