摘要
机器视觉测量技术越来越普遍,如何准确评价采用机器视觉对线缆绝缘进行截面积影像积分的测量准确性并替代标准计算法,是目前亟待解决的问题。该文分析国家标准检测方法,比较各国检测方法差异情况,并提出采用密度法作为参照标准,与积分法和计算法分别进行比对;然后根据3种类型试样,分别进行15次不同规格样品的测试;最后用测量重复性和正确度2个指标进行评价。该机器视觉积分法测得的截面积正确度为0.013 mm^2,积分法测得的截面积测量重复性为0.002 mm^2。试验结果表明:积分法有效提高检测准确性,各项指标均优于标准计算法。
The Computer Vision measurement technology has become more and more common,how to precisely evaluate the measurement accuracy of usage for computer vision in photo integrate the cross-section of cable insulation,and replace the standard calculation method,are current problems demanding prompt solution.Firstly,the measuring method of National standard were analyzed,compared with National difference of measuring method,the density method chosen as reference standard,compared with integration method and calculation method individually; Secondly,15 times different specifications sample were tested according to 3 types of sample; Thirdly,the measurement repeatability and measurement accuracy were evaluated.The cross-section measurement accuracy of computer vision integrate method is 0. 013 mm^2,the cross-section measurement repeatability of computer vision integrate method is0.002 mm^2.The test results show that the integrate method improves the measurement accuracy,various index are superior than standard calculation method.
