摘要
针对传统轴销式传感器不能测量滑动轴承变方向径向载荷的缺点,基于力的正交效应,提出一种新的测试方法,消除两个正交分力的相互影响,并且设计出相应的新型轴销式传感器,解决工程机械用滑动轴承变方向径向载荷的测量问题。通过数字仿真和试验结果验证方法的有效性和可行性。
Variable direction radial load of sliding bearing cannot be measured by traditional axle pin type sensor. To solve this problem, a new test method eliminating interaction between two orthogonal component forces was put forward considering the orthogonal effect of force. And a corresponding new axle pin type sensor was designed. The problem of variable direction radial load measurement of sliding bearing for engineering machinery is solved. Numerical simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
