摘要
在医学生理学实验教学中,经常用活体动物当作实验对象,实验教学中动物的福利问题越来越受到社会的关注。以减少、替代和优化动物实验的"3R"原则的提出,为解决这些问题提供了有效的途径和方法。文章在"3R"原则指导下,对生理学实验内容进行整合和优化,在完成教学目标的基础上维护实验动物福利、提高实验效率、节省动物成本。
In medical physiology experimental teaching,live animals are often used as experimental objects and the problem of animal welfare receives increasing attention in the society. The '3 R'principles of reduction,replacement and refinement in animal experiments provide an effective pathway and method to solve these problems. Under the guidance of the'3 R'principles,in this paper,the contents of physiology experiments were integrated and optimized in order to maintain the welfare of experimental animals,improve the efficiency of experiments,and reduce the cost of experimental animals on the basis of realizing the goal of experimental teaching.
