青磁窑煤矿顶板高冒区的支护设计与应用 被引量:3

摘要 煤矿掘进队组在炮掘施工巷道时,经常遇到顶板破碎现象,特别是在有断层、陷落柱等地质构造的开掘巷道过程中,爆破造成上覆岩层极其不稳定,使施工巷道顶板出现大面积垮落及冒顶。若对冒落区不及时采取有效的支护,不但加大了通风阻力,增加了施工的危险系数,还会使冒落区原岩应力二次分布集中于工作面迎头,增大施工难度。通过大同地煤青瓷窑煤矿冒顶区域顶板维护的实践,浅析了在顶板高冒区采取撞楔超前支护与注浆维护的施工方法。 It often appears roof breakage phenomenon when mine excavation team during blasting excavation tunnel construction,especially in faults,collapse column and geological structure of tunnel digging process,blasting results in the overlying strata is extremely unstable,make construction of roadway roof appear large area caving and roof fall phenomenon. If the caving zone do not take timely and effective support to support,will not only increase the ventilation resistance and increase the risk factor of construction,still can make caving zone of the original rock should be secondary concentrated distribution in working face head-on,increase the difficulty of construction. This paper in Datong Coal Mine Group Datong Coal celadon kiln coal mine as an example,a simple analysis on the gun excavation team in the tunnel construction process of roof caving zone has taken the maintenance method.
