摘要
通过对玫烟色拟青霉进行液体培养,结果表明:随培养时间的延长,培养液中的糖含量、酸碱度、菌丝生物量和产孢量均发生明显的变化。接种24-48h,菌丝生物量和产孢量均增长较慢;接种48-120h,菌丝生物量和产孢量增长最快;接种120h,菌丝生物量达22.43mg/ml,产孢量达11.8×107孢子/ml。培养液中Ph值和糖含量随培养时间的延长逐渐降低,接种72h,营养液的Ph值由初始6.4降到5.16,菌丝快速生长和孢子大量繁殖的时期是糖消耗最大的时期,因此接种72小时后,适当调节酸碱度,对玫烟色拟青霉菌丝生长和产孢均有利。
Paecilomyces fumosa-roseus was Submerged culture.The result showed: content of sugar,Ph,mycelia biomass and conidia yield in nutritive medium changed obviously with time increasing.After inoculated 120h,mycelia biomass was 22.43mg/ml,and conidia yield in nutritive medium reached 11.8×107 conidia/ml.The Ph value and the content of sugar reduced gradually in the course of submerged culture p.fumosoroseus PF9606.After inoculated 72h,the initial Ph value of the medium dropped from 6.4 to 5.16.So,it was reasonable to regulate the acid alkali degree for the mycelia growth and producing conidia after inoculated 72h.
