摘要
目的:观察和血明目片对视网膜静脉阻塞及糖尿病视网膜病变所致眼底出血的疗效。方法:采用随机研究方法,将视网膜静脉阻塞及糖尿病视网膜病变所致眼底出血患者68例随机分为治疗组:A组24例(34眼),对照组:B组24例(34眼)及C组20例(28眼)。A组采用和血明目片口服,5片/次,3次/天,15天为一疗程,中间间隔5天,共3个疗程;B组采用葛根素注射液400mg,加入5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水中静点,1次/天,14天为一疗程,中间间隔6天,共3个疗程;C组采用复方丹参注射液250ml静点1次/天,14天为一疗程,中间间隔6天,共3个疗程。以视力,眼底改变和眼底荧光造影改变为疗效判断指标。A、B、C三组治疗前各项主要指标具有可比性。结果:A组治愈率为14.7%,显效率为38.24%,总有效率为85.29%;B组治愈率为11.76%,显效率为35.29%,总有效率为82.35%;C组治愈率为10.71%,显效率为23.53%,总有效率为60.71%。A、B两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);A、C两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);B、C两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:和血明目片对视网膜静脉阻塞及糖尿病视网膜病变所致眼底出血疗效显著,服用方便,安全可靠。
AIM: To evaluate the efffects of HeXue MingMu Pian for retinal hemorrhage caused by ventinal vein occlusion and diabetic vetinopathy.METHODS: A random controlled study was performed on 68 patients of retinal hemorrhage caused by ventinal vein occlusion and diabetic vetinopathy. They were assigned into 3 groups randomly: 24 patients in A treatment group (34 eyes), 24 patients in B control group (34 eyes), 20 patients in C control group (28 eyes). Took orally HeXue MingMu Pian in A group, 5 tablets every time, 3 times every day , 15 days every period of treatment, at intervals of 5 days, for 3 periods of treatment . Puerarin injection 400mg taken into 5% glucose or normal saline injection was given by intravenous drip to B group,once a day, 14 days every period of treatment, at intervals of 6 days, for 3 periods of treatment. Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 250ml was given by intravenous drip to C group, once a day, 14 days every period of treatment, at intervals of 6 days, for 3 periods of treatment. Visual acuity, visual fi eld and fundus fluorescein angiography condition were examined to evaluate the effects of treament. The main subjects of A,B,Cgroups before treament were comparable.RESULTS: In A group, 14.7% were completely recovered , 38.24% were obviously improved, the total rate of effectiveness was 85.29%. In B group, 11.76% were completely recovered, 35.29% were obviously improved, the total rate of effectiveness was 82.35%. In C group, 10.71% were completely recovered, 23.53% were obviously improved, the total rate of effectiveness was 60.71%. The difference of effective rate between A and B was no signifi cant(p>0.05).The difference of effective rate between A and C was significant(p<0.05). The difference of effective rate between B and C was significant(p<0.05).CONCLUSION: HeXue MingMu Pian is an effective drug for retinal hemorrhage caused by ventinal vein occlusion and diabetic vetinopathy and is taken conveniently and reliably.
