摘要
以12年生的红富士苹果树为试材,研究秋施不同量的有机肥对苹果果实品质的影响。结果表明:增施有机肥可显著提高苹果品质,尤其是提高果实硬度、可溶性固形物、维生素C含量、着色率,降低可滴定酸含量,并同时可改善果实的风味,提高果实商品率。
The effects of different amount of organic fertilizer applied in the fruit of red Fuji apple trees were studied in autumn.The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer could significantly improve apple quality,especially the fruit firmness,soluble solids VC content,coloring rate and titratable acid content,as well as the flavor and commercial rate of the fruit.
