摘要
为研究杜仲根的化学成分,采用硅胶柱、半制备柱、凝胶色谱及重结晶等方法,从杜仲根的乙酸乙酯层中分离得到5个化合物。通过理化性质和波谱学分析,鉴定其化学结构。结果表明,分离得到了5个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素3-O-槐糖苷(1)、4-甲基-7-羟基香豆素(2)、原花青素B2(3)、7,4'-二羟基二氢黄酮(4)和表没食子儿茶素(5)。这说明系统分离并鉴定了杜仲根的乙酸乙酯层化学成分,化合物2和3首次从该植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv roots, the compounds were isolated and purified from E. ulmoides roots by various column chromatographic techniques. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis and physicochemical properties. The results showed that five compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin 3-O-sophoroside(1), 4-methylumbelliferone(2), procyanidin B2(3), 7,4'-dihydroxyflavone(4), and(-)-epigallocatechin(5). Conclusion: Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated for the first time from E. ulmoides. This shows that the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate layer of E. ulmoides roots were isolated and identified, compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
