摘要
草原生态环境与畜牧业经济之间存在耦合关系,对二者耦合协调发展水平进行研究,可以有效评价草畜平衡发展态势。文章对2000—2017年内蒙古自治区草原生态环境系统与畜牧业经济系统进行综合评价分析,并建立耦合协调度模型分析二者的协调关系。结果表明:2000—2017年,内蒙古自治区草原生态环境与畜牧业经济发展水平均呈增长趋势,但前者增速较缓并具有明显波动性;2000—2017年间两大系统由濒临失调逐渐发展为近几年的中级协调或良好协调,表明二者存在良性互动、协调发展的正耦合关系。另外,与畜牧业经济发展相比,草原生态环境的发展水平稍显滞后。因此,未来国家应继续实施和完善草原生态环境保护相关政策,将二者的耦合发展水平提升到更高层次。
There is a coupling relationship between grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy.Studying the level of their coupling and coordinated development can effectively evaluate the balanced development situation of grassland and animal husbandry.The comprehensive evaluation and analysis of grassland ecological environment system and animal husbandry economic system in Inner Mongolia from 2000 to 2017 were carried out,and a coupling coordination degree model was established to analyze the coordination relationship between the two systems.The results showed that the grassland ecological environment and the development level of animal husbandry economy in Inner Mongolia showed an increasing trend from 2000 to 2017,but the former had a slow growth rate and obvious fluctuation.From 2000 to 2017,the two systems gradually developed from imbalance to intermediate coordination or good coordination in recent years,which indicated that there was a positive coupling relationship between the two systems.In addition,compared with the development of animal husbandry economy,the development level of grassland ecological environment is slightly lagging behind.Therefore,in the future,the state should continue to implement and improve the relevant policies of grassland ecological environment protection,and raise the level of their coupling development to a higher level.
