随着社会经济的发展,人们的生活质量也在不断提高,与此同时,广大民众对食品健康问题的重视也在不断的提高,成为了社会民众广泛讨论的重点话题,而且地沟油、假鸡蛋、毒奶粉事件的层出不穷更使食品安全问题成为了众矢之的。因此,食品检验工作的开展必须要利用现代科学技术,对以往的食品检验方式进行改进,以此保证食品检验的质量。
