随着"互联网+"时代的到来,微课作为新的教学模式应运而生。休闲食品加工技术课程是食品工程专业学生的必修课,该课程主要讲授的是休闲食品的加工内容。互联网网络发达,传统的教学模式已无法满足学生的发展需求,微课逐渐冲破传统教学模式并走进了课堂。休闲食品加工技术的内容多以加工为主,内容涉及广泛,知识要点零散,适合学生随时随地学习或者远程学习。因此,微课作为一种新教学模式和学习方式,应用于本课程中十分必要。
