近年来,分子生物学技术发展迅速。PCR技术、Real-time PCR技术、基因芯片技术、基因测序技术等在农产品食品领域的应用日趋广泛。本文综合阐述常见的分子生物学技术在农产品食品研发、生产、检验等方面的贡献,旨在为农产品食品行业的未来发展提供新的思路。
In recent years, Molecular biology technology had been developing rapidly. The application of PCR technology, PCR Real-time technology, gene chip technology, gene sequencing technology in the field of agricultural products had been used more and more widely. This article summarized the contribution of common molecular biology technology in the research, production and inspection of foods and agricultural products, and provided a new idea for the future development of foods and agricultural products.
