介绍了SuperBatchTM置换蒸煮系统的主要特点。与传统的间歇蒸煮和连续蒸煮相比,SuperBatchTM置换蒸煮的蒸煮过程更灵活、 成浆更均匀、强度性能更好、可漂性更高,而且浆的硬度低、得率高,是较为理想的蒸煮系统。
Super Batch?Displacement cooking system gives process flexbility, fiber uniformity and better pulp strength. It reaches low Kappa unit with good yield and bleachibility. It starts commercial running from 1992 and rapid spread in pulping industry.
