摘要
白鹤滩水电站泄洪洞中层边墙和底板开挖是上平段开挖的质量控制重点,开挖过程中减少凹凸不平的情况,防止超欠数值过大产生应力集中,有利于后期混凝土浇筑温度抗裂。对柱状节理区和非柱状节理区等部位进行了有针对性的开挖爆破设计,采用合理分区分层开挖的施工方法,使白鹤滩水电站泄洪洞开挖达到了预期效果和目标,可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。
As the excavations of both the medium-layer side wall and the bottom slab are the main quality control points for the excavation of the spillway tunnel for Baihetan Hydropower Station,it is favorable for the anti-cracking of the concrete in the later stage to reduce the sags and crests on the excavating surface for preventing large stress concentrations caused by over excavation or under excavation. Furthermore,the targeted designs for the blasting excavations are made for the columnar joint zones and noncolumnar joint locations,while a reasonable construction method of layered and blocked excavation is adopted,which make the excavation of the spillway tunnel reach its expected result and objective,and then can provide references for the similar projects.
