摘要
实际生产中,经常发现振动筛两边的振幅不一致,为指导现场调整,通过建立上振式椭圆等厚振动筛的数学模型及进行有限元谐响应分析,找出了该类型振动筛振幅与弹性元件的刚度及激振力变化的规律,为振动筛两侧振幅不一致时的调整方案提供了理论依据。
It is often found in the actual production that the amplitude on the two sides of the vibrating screen is not in conformity.In order to instruct the site adjustment,the amplitude of this type of vibrating screen and rigidity of elastic components and excitation force variation laws are found out by establishing the mathematical model of the upper vibrating elliptical equi-thickness vibrating screen and conducting finite element harmonic response analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for adjusting the amplitude inconsistency of the two sides of the vibrating screen.
