摘要
在分析大型铝合金薄壁筒形件低压铸造工艺难点的基础上,设计出了密排缝隙式浇注系统和相应的压力曲线。采用数值模拟技术对铸件充型和凝固过程进行了模拟分析。根据模拟结果对铸造工艺进行了改进,确定出合理的工艺方案。
On the basis of analyzing the difficulties of low-pressure casting of a large-sized aluminum alloy thin-wall cylindrical-shaped part,the close packed slots casting system and corresponding pressure curve were designed.The mold filling and solidification process were simulated and analyzed by using numerical simulation technique.According to the simulation results,the casting process was improved and a reasonable process scheme was determined.
