轧制压下率对热轧NM360/Q345R复合板界面组织的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Rolling Reduction Rates on Interface Microstructure of Hot Rolled NM360/Q345R Clad Sheet

摘要 借助OM、SEM和EBSD分析了27%、51%、69%、82%轧制压下率的NM360/Q345R复合板的界面微观组织、界面元素分布及缺陷成分。研究发现:随压下率的增大,近界面处晶粒变得细小,基板和复板晶粒尺寸差异减小,趋于一致。在27%和51%轧制压下率时,界面处存在夹杂物等缺陷,缺陷是Si、Mn与O反应生成Si和Mn的氧化物;在热轧制变形时,随着累积变形程度加大,界面元素扩散加剧,氧化物破碎、弥散;在69%和82%轧制压下率时,界面处未检测到明显的氧化物缺陷,界面处存在贯穿界面、融为一体的铁素体组织。 The interfacial microstructure,interfacial element distribution and defect composition of NM360/Q345R clad plate with rolling reduction rate of 27%,51%,69%and 82%were analyzed by means of the OM,SEM and EBSD.It is found that with the increase of the reduction ratio,the grain at the near interface becomes fine,and the difference in grain size between the substrate and the clad plate decreases,which tends to be consistent.At 27%and 51%rolling reduction ratio,there are defects such as inclusions at the interface.The defects are Si,Mn reacting with O to form oxides of Si and Mn.In hot rolling deformation,with the increase of cumulative deformation degree,the diffusion of interface elements diffusion is intensified,and oxide is broken and dispersed.At 69%and 82%rolling reduction ratio,there is no obvious oxide defect in the interface,and there is a ferrite structure which runs through the interface and integrates into one body at the interface.
