摘要
本文对肇庆学院开展陆地冰球项目和创建"陆地冰球国家级训练基地"进行可行性研究,为实现"北冰南展西扩"和推动广东省冰雪运动发展提供后备保障.运用SWOT分析法、文献资料法等方法进行研究.存在优势:肇庆学院师资团队稳固,具备开展陆地冰球项目的基本条件;肇庆学院正处于"省市共建"发展时期,陆地冰球项目的开展对"轮转冰"战略部署可起到承接作用;广东省冰雪运动项目的专业人才需求较大,能够弥补人才缺口;建设陆地冰球国家基地有利于项目的推广及技术水平的增长.存在劣势:冰雪运动专业场馆设施空白;冰雪运动团队建设需进一步加强.结论:陆地冰球作为冰雪运动的传承项目,在肇庆学院开展,有极高的可行性.
The feasibility to carry out land ice hockey programs and set up a land ice hockey national training base in Zhaoqing University was studied to achieve north ice expanding south and west and stimulate the ice sport in Guangdong with a SWOT analysis. The advantages are that Zhaoqing University has a stable teaching team for this project, the development of land ice hockey project will play an important a role in the strategic deployment of 'roller skating-to-ice skating' in the period of 'co-construction of provinces and cities', more professionals will be supplied for Guangdong ice sports, and it will promote the land ice hockey program. On the other hand, the disadvantages are that the facilities need to be constructed and the teaching team should be strengthened. Therefore,as a transfer sport of snow and ice sports, the inline hockey project is feasible in Zhaoqing University.
