摘要
上海实行夏令时节公园夜间开放政策已有5年,为市民夜间活动提供了场所,但目前开放数量仍不能满足活动需求。本文对已实施夜间开放公园的服务范围、周边社区分布、未开放公园的开放潜力进行综合分析,提出公园夜间开放应以居民需求为核心,并提出夜间开放公园数量及分布的优化建议。
The policy for opening parks in the evening in summer has been performed for five years in shanghai,which has been providing special and wonderful activity places for public.But the current quantity of night-opened parks still is not enough.The service areas of night-opened parks,the surrounding community distribution and the developing potential of unopened parks were analyzed.The results indicated that residents' requirement should be the key point for deciding to open a new park in the evening.Some optimized suggestions on the number and area distribution of night-opened parks were developed in this article.
