摘要
机场、交通枢纽等钢结构工程中大型倒三角桁架和网架结构的拼装使用不可调节拼装措施,对标高不同的构件进行定位时胎架需要重新布点和组装,大大降低施工效率;施工中用一种可调节式倒三角桁架拼装措施,有效地改善了以上问题,通过在国内西南某奥林匹克体育中心建设过程中的实践应用,证明拼装用可调节式倒三角桁架拼装措施解决了现有不可调节拼装胎架存在的标高调节繁琐、重复布置点位、偏差调节困难等缺点。
In the steel structure construction project such as airport terminals and waiting halls of transportation junction,large-scale inverted triangular space trusses and grid structures are assembled using fixed assembly jigs. When assembly levels of structural members are different,the need for re-assembly of the jigs will greatly reduce the construction efficiency. The use of the adjustable inverted triangular trussed assembly jig in the construction can effectively address the abovementioned issue. Through the practical application in the construction project of an Olympic Sports Center in Southwest China,it is proved that the adjustable inverted triangular trussed assembly jig can perfectly solve the existing problems of the fixed assembly jig,e. g. the cumbersome adjustment of the elevation,repeated setting-out surveys,the difficulty of adjusting deviation.
