摘要
研究了从贵州某微细粒浸染型金矿石中氰化浸出金,考察了矿石细度、氰化钠用量、石灰用量、浸出时间、液固体积质量比对金浸出率的影响。结果表明,在矿石细度-74μm占比70%、液固体积质量比4/1、浸出时间24 h、氰化钠用量4 kg/t、石灰用量2 kg/t条件下,金浸出率达96%以上,浸出效果较为理想。
The cyanide leaching of gold in a fine-grained gold ore from Guizhou was studied.The effects of grinding fineness,sodium cyanide dosage,lime dosage,leaching time and mass ratio of liquid-to-solid on leaching rate of gold were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of grinding fineness of-74μm acounting 70%,liquid-to-solid mass ratio of 4/1,leaching time of 24h,sodium cyanide dosage of 4kg/t,and lime dosage of 2kg/t,the leaching rate of gold is more than 96%,and the leaching effect is ideal.
