摘要
建立了纺织品中1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的检测方法。采用超声波辅助丙酮对样品进行萃取,萃取温度为40℃,时间为40 min,萃取液经聚四氟乙烯滤膜过滤后,用气相色谱串联质谱法(GC-MS)进行测定。当标样的质量浓度为0.5~10 mg/L时,线性相关系数≥0.999,检出限0.1 mg/kg,空白样品的加标回收率≥80%。
The detection method of 1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidinone in textiles was established. Using ultrasonic assisted with acetone to extract samples,the extraction temperature was 40℃,the time was 40 min,and the solution was filtered through polytetrafluoroethylene film,then it was detected by GC-MS. The linear correlation coefficient was greater than or equal to 0. 999 in concentration range of 0. 5 ~10mg / L. And the detection limit was 0. 1mg / kg. The recovery was greater than or equal to 80% in the blank sample.
