摘要
阐述智慧档案建设将促进档案编纂事业的升级,由原来单一的编纂主体与被动的编纂成果利用服务方式向社会多方跨界融合编纂并主动提供成果利用的方式转型,其间档案编纂法规制度也随之调整更新;进而探讨智慧档案时域下数据处理技术应用于编纂流程的具体实践手段,实现从选题、素材搜集、素材转录编辑到出版展示形式创新的智能化革新。
This paper concludes that the construction of intelligent archives will promote the upgrading of archival compilation, and transform it from the original single compilation subject and passive compilation achievements to multiple complilation subjects and active utilization of compilation achievements. During this transformation, the legal system of archival compilation will be consequently adjusted and updated. It then discusses the practical means of applying data processing technology to archives compilation in thecontext of intelligent archives, and how to realize the intelligent innovation in areas of topic selection, material collection, material transcription,edition and publishing innovation.
