摘要
目的通过对腰部马尾神经的实地测量,为临床应用提供解剖学依据,并为国人体质调查积累资料。方法测量30具完整福尔马林固定标本第1～5腰神经马尾部的长度、粗度、股数以及出硬脊膜孔数。结果马尾神经根长度,L1到L5神经根的长度逐渐增加;马尾神经根粗度,后根明显粗于前根,前根以L3最粗,后根由L1到L5逐渐增粗;马尾神经股数,后根明显多于前根;马尾神经出硬脊膜孔数,L1到L5中大部分神经根出硬脊膜孔数为1,L3水平出硬脊膜孔数大于1的情况比其他水平较多。结论本研究积累了国人马尾神经解剖学数据;为马尾神经综合征的诊断治疗以及临床麻醉提供了解剖学依据。
Objective This study aimed to provide anatomical basis for clinical applied anatomy by measuring the cauda equina,and to accumulate data for investigation on Chinese physical fitness.Methods We measured length,diameter,rootlet number and dural hole number of L1~L5 segments of the cauda equina on 30 intact formalin-fixed specimens.Results The length of cauda equina increased from L1 to L5.The dorsal root’s diameter is bigger than the diameter of ventral root.The largest ventral root is L3 and the diameter of dorsal root increased from L1 to L5.The number of nerve rootlets of dorsal root is significantly more than ventral roots’.Most of the dural hole number of L1~L5 segments is 1.The dural hole number of L3 level greater than 1,which is more than other levels.Conclusion The measurement of cauda equina accumulates data for investigation on Chinese physical fitness and provides anatomical basis for diagnosis and treatment of cauda equina syndrome,and clinical anesthesia.
