摘要
目的:探讨口腔种植术中配合方式及合理的护理模式;方法:选取解放军总医院口腔种植科2016年3月-2017年3月口腔种植患者110例为研究对象,比较两组患者种植成功率、口腔功能、心理状况及护理满意度;结果:观察组种植成功率和护理满意度分别为94.5%和96.3%,,显著高于对照组78.2%和83.6%,观察组患者的口腔功能(咬合功能和发音功能)和心理状况显著优于对照组;结论:优质护理应用于口腔种植可显著提高种植成功率和护理满意度,且有助于恢复患者口腔功能和心理状况的调整,值得借鉴。
objective:to investigate the oral planting intraoperative cooperation form and reasonable nursing mode; Methods:select our hospital in March 2016-march, 2017, 110 patients with oral cavity planting as the research object, the success rate compared with two groups of patients, oral function, psychology and nursing satisfaction; Results:observation group success rate of planting and nursing satisfaction were 94.5% and 96.3% respectively, and significantly higher than that of control group were 78.2% and 83.6%, observation group of patients with oral function(occlusal function and pronunciation) and psychological condition significantly better than control group; Conclusion:high quality nursing applied to oral planting can significantly improve the success rate of planting and nursing satisfaction, and helpful to the restoration of oral function and psychological status in patients with adjustment, is worth using for reference.
