摘要
目的:探讨护理干预联合常规护理在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的护理效果及对肢体功能的影响。方法:选取2015年12月-2016年11月我院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者100例,随机平均分成两组。对照组患者采用常规化护理,研究组患者在常规化护理的基础上联合护理干预。比较两组患者护理后的应用效果。结果:研究组患者护理效果明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行常规的临床护理时联合护理干预,不仅可以增加患者对护理服务的满意程度,同时也有利于提高患者的肢体运动能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: to investigate the nursing effect of nursing intervention combined with conventional nursing in patients with femoral trochanal fracture and its effect on limb function. Methods: 100 patients with intertrochanal fracture of the femur were randomly divided into two groups from December 2015 to November 2016. Patients in the control group were treated with routine care, and the group of patients had combined nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. To compare the application effects of two groups of patients. Results:the nursing effect of the group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:for patients with intertrochanteric fracture during routine clinical care nursing intervention, not only can increase patients satisfaction to nursing service, as well as to improve the ability of the patient’s body movements, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
