摘要
目的:探讨局部冰敷对防止甲状腺结节微波消融术后局部肿胀及疼痛的效果。方法:将2012年4月-2014年4月诊断为甲状腺结节预行微波消融的76例病人随机分成两组,观察组和对照组各38例。观察组微波消融术后在常规护理的基础上行颈部冰敷,对照组仅行常规护理。观察消融治疗后24h两组病人颈部肿胀及疼痛情况。结果:观察组颈部肿胀和疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颈部冰敷对预防甲状腺结节微波消融术后肿胀及疼痛有重要作用,且经济、简单易行,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficiency of local ice treatment in preventing local swelling and pain after microwave ablation of thyroid nodules. Methods:Between April 2012 and April 2014, 76 thyroid nodule patients treated with microwave ablation were equally divided into two groups randomly. The observation group was treated with combination nursing with routine nursing and local ice treatments. The control group only treated by routine nursing. Neck swelling and pain degree at 24 h after treatment were evaluated.Results:Neck swelling and pain degree of observation group were lower than that of control group, significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neck ice treatment is an economic, simple and feasible method to prevent neck swelling and pain after microwave ablation of thyroid nodule. It is worth clinical application widely.
