摘要
政策性银行资金来源具有政策性、低成本、长期高效和统筹分配等特殊属性 ;政策性银行资金来源主要是财政拨款和通过其他融资方式融资等七种形式 ;中外各国在政策性银行资金筹集形式上存在着异同性。
The policy bank capital has the features of obeying policies,low cost,durative and efficiency. Its distribution is planed as a whole. There are altogether seven modes of the source of the policy bank capital. There exist similarities and differences between the capital financing modes of the policy banks in China and the capital financing modes of the policy banks in foreign countries.
