摘要
应用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对内蒙古4种主要农作物:小麦、马铃薯、甜菜、胡麻共8个品种花粉粒的形态、表面纹饰及萌发孔类型进行了观察。结果表明,不同作物的花粉粒在形态、纹饰和萌发孔数量等性状上各不相同;同种作物的不同品种之间,花粉粒在主要性状上有相同或相似之处,但在细微结构等方面又存在一定的差异。这些性状可为作物遗传育种、植物分类等项工作提供一定的科学依据。
Using Light microscope and electron microscope,We observed the morp-hological characters of pollen grains of major crops:Beta vulgaris L.,Solanum tuberoum L.,Triticum aestivum L.,Linum usitatissimun L..Theresult showed that the pollen grains of various crops are different on chara-cters such as surface sculpture,aperture number,and etc.Similarities werefound in different varieties of the same crop on major characters,but minordifferences exist between varieties,which could provide scientific basis forcrop breeding and plant taxonomy purpose.
