摘要
根据IMO及我国有关船舶定线制规定,通过对海上交通事故的分析,指出宁波港的船舶交通存在的问题,提出改善宁波港的船舶交通定线制的方案。
According to the rules of ship routi ng from both China and IMO,this paper,analyzes the traffic accidents at sea,points out the exis ting problems of vessel traffic at Ni ngbo Harbour and offers the programme of improving ship routing
