摘要
分析河北省卫生监督队伍的现状和存在的问题 ,指出卫生监督员继续教育的必要性 ,特别是在非典防控和遇到重大突发公共卫生事件时 ,应及时加强卫生监督员继续教育培训。在当前形势下 ,就如何搞好卫生监督员继续教育以及管理中把握的原则提出具体措施。
This thesis analyses the current situation and existing problems, pointing out the necessity of CME for hygienic supervisors and attaching importance on strengthening the continuous education of hygienic supervisor when unexpected incident of public health like SARS emerges. Measures on how to make a good job of continuous education and managerial rules are also discussed in the paper.
