摘要
配电管理系统所需的静态数据通常以地理信息系统(GIS)空间数据为来源,但由于GIS空间数据模型的局限性,以及电力系统的拓扑描述方式与通常意义上的GIS对拓扑关系的描述方式不一致,当前GIS不能提供满足配电网应用所需要的网络拓扑。文中结合扬州供电局配电网GIS项目,在分析GIS数据模型和配电网电气逻辑模型特点的基础上,根据配电GIS的数据管理方式和配电网应用对于电网拓扑数据的具体需求,详细阐述了如何基于GIS空间数据构建满足配电管理应用所需的拓扑关系,并给出了具体的数据结构和实现方法。
The static data needed by distribution management system (DMS) usually comes from the spatial data of geographical information system (GIS). However, restricted by the limitation of GIS spatial data model and the inconsistency between the topology description of power system and that described by GIS, current GIS is not capable of satisfying the requirements for data topology in distribution applications. With a practical GIS example for DMS of Yangzhou Power Supply Bureau, based on analyzing the GIS data model and the features of electric logic model of DMS, in accordance with the data management of GIS for distribution management and the requirements for data topology of DMS applications, this paper describes in detail how to build qualified topology relations for DMS applications based on GIS spatial data. Moreover, detailed data structure and implementing method are given.
