均匀设计法对超临界流体提取金边瑞香鲜花条件的优化(英文) 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究超临界 CO2 流体提取 ( SFE)金边瑞香鲜花中有效成份的最佳条件。方法 采用均匀设计方法 ,以提取压力、提取温度、解析压力、解析温度四个因素 ,每个因素 7个水平进行实验。结果 在 SFE中最佳提取条件 :提取压力 3 5 MPa,提取温度 40℃ ,解析压力 5~ 8MPa,解析温度 3 6℃。结论 本法是一种简便。 Objective To study the best condition of extracting effective component in JBRX fresh flowers by CO 2 SFE Methods Even designed method was taken in these 4 factors: extracting pressure, extracting temperature, releasing pressure and releasing temperature, each factor under experiments on 7 levels respectively Result The best condition in SFE: extracting pressure 35MPa, extracting temperature 40℃, releasing pressure5~8MPa, releasing temperature 36℃ Conclusion This method shows great simplicity, selectivity and efficiency in extracting effective component of JBRX fresh flowers
