摘要
介绍了废电解液净化除杂制备碱式碳酸铜的方法 ,并对其影响因素进行了试验研究。研究结果表明 :用CH80除杂时 ,pH为 3 2~ 3 4、CH6 4用量为 2 5mg/L制备碱式碳酸铜时NaHCO3 与Na2 CO3 的质量比为 3且调节pH为 5 6 8。在此条件下制备的碱式碳酸铜 ,其Cu2 + 的质量含量大于 5 5 % ,铜的回收率可达 94 %以上。
The method of producing cupric subcarbonate from impurity removed waste electrolyte is introduced,and it effecting factors are studied.The results show that during purity-removing by CH80,the amount of CH64 is 2.5 mg/L,and pH is 3.2~3.4;during the preparation of cupric subcarbonate,the ratio of NaHCO 3/Na 2CO 3 is 2 and pH is 5.68.In the above condition,the cupric subcarbonate obtained contains over 55% of Cu 2+ and the recovery rate of copper is over 94%.
