摘要
从系统工程的观点看,采矿破坏的土地复垦工作是采矿工程的重要工作之一,它必须与矿山开发的各个阶段同步进行。本文着重研究制订土地复垦规划的方法。土地复垦是一个综合的系统工程问题,它与诸多因素有关,例如社会的、经济的、生态的和环境的问题。本文提出了三种土地复垦的规划方法,即经济效果规划方法、生态工程规划方法及将生态和经济问题结合起来考虑的综合规划方法。文中还给出了在徐州矿区某矿规划区应用的实例。
From the view point of system engineerintg,the authors consider that reclamation of land disturbed by mining is one of the important subjects of mining engineering.It should be carried out simultaneously with mine development in all the stages. Emphasis is laid on methods of land reclamation planning in this paper. Land reclamation is a comprehensive problem of system engineering,and it is relevant to many factors as social,economical ecological and environmental factors. Based on this,the paper presents three methods,i. e. economical effect method,ecological engineering method and comprehensive planning,which takes into consideration of both ecological and economic aspects. Examples of application of the above mentioned methods in a colliery of Xuzhou Mine Area are given.
