摘要
十六大报告提出的全面建设小康社会的发展目标,既为住宅建设提供了广阔的发展空间,又是对住宅建设提出的更为严峻的挑战。“小康不小康,关键看住房”,要建设全面的小康社会,住宅建设必须实现由安居到康居的飞跃。
The goal of building a well-off society in a comprehensive way was mentioned in the16th National People' s Congress Report.It not only provides a broad space for the development of construction of living houses,but also serves as a great challenge for business of construction of living houses.'Whether you lead a well-off life or not is mainly decided by what kind of house you live in'as the Chinese saying goes.In order to build a well-off society,the construction of living houses must be upgraded from living in con-tentment to living well.
