Effects of Aluminum and Titanium on Hot Galvanizing Coating

摘要  从表观质量、上锌量、电化学测试3方面,分别考察加入微量铝、钛对锌镀层的影响,得出铝、钛加入量分别为0.01%,0.03%(质量分数)时,可提高镀层耐蚀性,得到的新镀层不产生漏镀,同时提高镀层光泽,达到改善镀层表观质量的目的。 Effects of trace Al and Ti on the hot galvanizing coating were studied based on the surface quality, plating-weight and electrochemical property. While adding 0.01%Al and 0.03% Ti, the anticorrosion of hot galvanizing coating was increased according to Tafel curves, and the surface quality such as brightness of coating was improved and no defects existed.
