SCM822H合金钢高温拉伸性能

摘要 研究了SCM82 2H钢 (0 .2 2C 1.1Cr 0 .38Mo) 70 0~ 110 0℃拉伸性能。结果表明 :温度对SCM82 2H钢塑性的影响比变形速率和保温时间显著 ,钢的脆性区为 75 0~ 95 0℃ (在 75 0~ 85 0℃ ,α相沿粗大的γ相界以薄片状析出 ;在 85 0~ 95 0℃ ,钢中硫化物延奥氏体晶界析出 ) ,连铸时在此温度区进行矫直容易产生裂纹。 The tensile properties of SCM822H steel 0.22C-1.1Cr-0.38Mo at temperature between 700~ 1 100 ℃ have been investigated. The test results showed that effect of temperature on plasticity was more obvious than that of holding time and deformation rate, and brittle zone of steel was between 750 ℃ and 950 ℃ (750~850 ℃, α phase lamellae precipitated along coarse γ phase boundary; 850~950 ℃, sulphide in steel precipitated along austenite grain boundary), led to crack easily forming as billet straightening at the temperature zone during concasting.
