摘要
目的 了解大学毕业生的个性特征和心理健康状况,以便为进行健康教育与心理咨询提供依据。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ),评定山西省不同类型高校948名应届本科毕业生心理健康状况和个性特征。结果 个性类型在男女生及不同学校间分布不同,有心理问题的毕业生以P型(38.7%)和N型(31.7%)为主,64.1%属于不稳定性格类型;无心理问题的毕业生以外向型较多(45.7%),性格稳定者占57.9%。文科类学生的SCL-90各因子分均高于理科类学生,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 积极开展大学生心理卫生工作,培养开朗的性格与稳定的情绪,以提高高校毕业生的心理素质。
Objective To study personality traits and mental health status of graduates,and to provide reference for mental health services,Methods Personal characteristics and mental health status were evaluated among 948 college graduates in four different universities in Shanxi with the Symptom Checklist - 90 (SCL - 90) and EPQ (Eysenck Personality Questionnaire). Results Distribution of students' personal characteristics in students of both sexes and in various universities was different. About 38.7% and 31.7% of graduates with psychological problems showed higher scores on psyrhoticism and neuroticism, and 64. 1% exhibited unstable temperament; 45. 7% of the graduates without psychological problems had extroversion disposition; and most of them (57.9%)had the steady mood. The SCL - 90 factor scores for liberal arts students were higher than those for science students; the difference was significant between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusions It is necessary to provide mental health services for college students aimed at cultivating their optimistic nature and stable mood and promoting their mental health status.
