摘要
电脑绣花机是随着计算机技术、电子技术、机械加工技术的应用发展而不断发展起来的机电一体化设备.随着电脑刺绣的普及,高性能价格比的电脑绣花机越来越受到人们的青睐,此类产品的市场需求也越来越大.设计了多头多针自动剪线电脑绣花机控制系统,这种系统开发周期短,开发费用低,性能优良.给出了控制系统架构及快速实现方案.
The computerised embroidery machine is the device of mechatronics with the development and application of computer, electronics, mechanical processing. The computerised embroidery machines with high cost\|performance are becoming popular with their popularization and those kinds of products are in great demand. Design of the control system provided here is one of the multi\|head and multi\|needle machines with automatic scissors. The system is outstanding with short implemental period, low costs and high performance. The architecture and the fast design of this system are presented.
