摘要
就黄山1号、2号、3号三个类型香榧品质特性进行了系统分析研究.结果表明:黄山3号的综合品质最佳,其仁壳比为3.4953,总酸0.2071,含油率40.4878%,酸价2.9874,皂化值188.5379,碘值135.9541.这一结果说明了香榧油是一种品质优良的食用油,有较大的开发利用价值.文中还就香榧品质构成和品质形成的影响因素进行了探讨,为提高香榧品质及其商品价值提供了理论依据.
Quality studies are made in this paper of three types of Huangshan Chinese torreya (no. 1, no. 2 and no.3). Results show that the quality of no.3 is the best among the three for the following quality index: its ratio of shell and kernel is 3.495 3; its total acid 0.207 1; oilrate 40.4878%; acid value 2.987 4; saponification value 188.537 9; and iodine value 135.954 1. The research results also indicate that the Chinese torreya oil is of excellent quality for edible oil and has exploitable value. The factors that are influencing the formation of its quality are further studied for the purpose of providing some theory for promoting its quality and its commercial value.
