图书馆通过各种途径塑造良好的形象 ,争取社会公众的真诚关心、支持与合作 ,将利用图书馆、接受图书馆服务。
Through various means,the library can create vivid images,and obtain concern,support and coordination from society,so that using library,accepting the service from library and promoting the development of library will be the conscious and voluntary action of the public.
